Tony B reports from Haiti

Dears friends,

The information gathering and recipient identification are done. We are now planning and doing the work, gathering all the elements to do the life support intervention in Cavaillon Haiti.

We plan to carry out the first relief intervention with food kits in Cavaillon on September 9, while the second intervention with food kits and back-to-school kits for children is scheduled for October 10.

While we order and prepare food and school kits in Port-au-Prince, leaders and local authorities are responsible for registering victim families and giving them participation cards at their homes.

We will keep you informed of each step forward to bring the emergency aid planned to the victims.
In the photographs, you can see samples and examples of food kits and back-to-school kits that we will provide to parents and their children.

The backpack model is a copy of a bag that we give to the students of the schools supported by Star of Hope, we will order similar models for the children of Cavaillon who are not in the Star of Hope system.

The Earthquake and the storms that followed destroyed things like paper and pencils, which is why the backpacks are so very important.

We ask for prayers that the armed bandits will let us pass and the team will be safe.

Sincerely!, Tony B
