For Scott, Debbie and Chase Tillotson, today was a great day. They met with Star of Hope Romania staff, begining what will be a life long friendship. Maria Presson arrived with her energy and knowledge which will help bridge the cultural gap.
But most importanly, they visited their first Romanian home. A family that Star of Hope serves.
