About contacting your sponsored child.
Check with us to validate the contact method for your child or check your welcome letter. Some projects have good Internet connections and you can contact your child through the web. Of course, some projects have no stable Internet or even none so then a letter would be best. And unfortunately, some projects have no dependable mail service so it's best to give us a call or an e-mail and we can confirm the best method.
