Statement of Non-Discrimination

It is the policy of Star of Hope International America that the organization does not advocate, support or practice unlawful discrimination based on race, religion, age, national origin, language, sex, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

Additionally in matters of disaster response we have signed the Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and Non-Governmental Organizations in Disaster Relief, which in part reads:

"Aid is given regardless of the race, creed or nationality of the recipients and without adverse distinction of any kind. Aid priorities are calculated on the basis of need alone."

Use of your donation

Donations made to Star of Hope International, America, Inc are tax deductible, as allowed by law, to US citizens and businesses. We strive to apply each gift to the project indicated by the donor. In rare cases, such as when a particular project is completely funded, we may apply your gift to another similar project and for similar purpose.
