Many have heard and asked how the situation is in Haiti with Hurricane Irma's arrival. We called Myrtha Dor, the director of Star of Hope in Haiti, who reported the following:
The government has closed all schools in the north.
All our project managers are contacted and our schools will be used as a place of refuge.
The Star of Hope schools at risk of the disaster are mainly those in Boyer and Jeanton. Hurricane Irma is expected to hit Haiti soon!
