Here is an update for Easter from Haiti. In Haiti, we work with children by providing education, food, and feeding, community development, and evangelization.
Haiti has a population of about 12 million and is in seemingly constant political disarray. That is why we concentrate on the children who can make a change for the better.
In Haiti, Catholics, Protestants, and even those who do not follow Christianity celebrate Easter. Good Friday is an official public holiday each year, and Star of Hopes 3,500 sponsor children enjoy an extra day off from school.
Thank you for your support, and enjoy your holiday!
